Brickell on the River South is the second of two towers that were designed by Cohen Freedman Encinosa and Associates and developed by Groupe Pacific International. Completed in 2006, Brickell on the River South has 327 condo residences with one- and two-bedroom floor plans ranging in size from 799 to 1,339 interior square feet. The apartments at Brickell on the River South are all bi-level, loft-style residences featuring double-height ceilings, floor-to-ceiling glass windows, stainless steel kitchen appliances, granite countertops, an in-unit washer/dryer, European-style cabinetry, and a private balcony.
 
Residents of Brickell on the River South enjoy a number of amenities, including a 24-hour concierge, a swimming pool, a three-story fitness center, a clubroom,  and a business center. Additionally, the building has ground-floor retail and a MetroMover stop just steps from the front door.
