The Palace is a 40-story, bayfront condominium building located in Brickell. Completed in 1981, The Palace was developed by Harry B. Helmsley and designed by renowned architecture firm Arquitectonica. The Palace has 254 condo residences comprised of one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans plus townhomes and penthouses.
