Courts Brickell Key is a 33-story, waterfront building located on Brickell Key in Miami, Florida. Completed in 2002, Courts Brickell Key was developed by Swire Properties and designed by J. Scott Architecture. Courts Brickell Key has 318 condo residences with one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans.
